Especially commissioned by The Elephant Family, this charming map of Edinburgh was hand-drawn and designed by Hartwig to be the centre piece of their Edinburgh Jungle-City sponsorship event in April 2011.

The Elephant Family, the charity making a real difference to endangered animals in south-east Asia, are well known for their massive outdoor public exhibition of life-size cast animals dressed by artists and later auctioned to raise money. In 2010 their Elephant Parade event in London was a huge success raising over £4 Million to protect the animals.

During September 2011 Edinburgh will be transformed into a Jungle City, with 160 artistically dressed animal statues (6 types) placed in the city's street for all to see. We are very proud to be working with this great team of very enthusiatic people.
